Orders will only be processed and shipped once full payment has been received. Standard delivery times vary by location, with an estimated timeframe of:

• Gauteng: 5-6 working days
• Other Provinces: Up to 10 working days

Weekend deliveries may incur additional charges. Free delivery promotions do not apply to certain bulky or high-value items.

Television Purchases

As per South African broadcasting regulations, a valid TV license is required for purchasing a television. A copy of your ID may be required for verification.

Warranties & Returns

We offer warranties on most products, ranging from 1 to 10 years, depending on the manufacturer’s policy. If you receive an item that is defective or unsatisfactory, you may return it within 7 days, provided it is in its original condition and packaging.

Warranty claims will not be accepted under the following conditions:

Liability & Self-Assembly

For furniture and self-assembly products, we recommend using certified assembly services. If you opt for self-assembly, we are not liable for any damage, defects, or injuries resulting from incorrect installation.
