Product Availability & Order Cancellations

All products and services are subject to availability. If an item is unavailable after you’ve placed an order, we will process a full refund within 30 days.

Should you wish to cancel an order, please note that a 10% administrative fee may apply.

We reserve the right to cancel orders that have already been paid for in cases where stock is insufficient or if we determine that the product does not meet our quality standards. In such instances, you will receive a full refund without any deductions.

Returns & Exchange Guidelines

To qualify for a return or exchange, items must be unused and in their original packaging.

Exchanging an Incorrectly Delivered Item

We make every effort to ensure you receive the correct item. However, if you receive a different product from what you ordered, please notify us within 7 days.

We will arrange a free collection and offer you one of the following resolutions:

  • The correct item sent to you at no additional cost
  • A voucher equal to the value of your purchase
  • A full refund issued via your original payment method

Returning an Item Due to Change of Mind

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you change your mind, you may return most products in their unopened, original condition within 14 days of delivery.

Once we receive the returned item, you may choose between:

  • A store voucher equal to the product’s value
  • A full refund issued via your original payment method

Handling Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please report it within 7 days. You can reach us via our contact form, phone, or email.

We will require relevant photographs to assess the issue and prevent similar occurrences in the future.

Once your return is approved, we will collect the item at no cost to you. You may then choose between:

  • A replacement product at no extra charge
  • A store voucher for the value of the product
  • A full refund to your original payment method
