Free Delivery on Orders Over R650

We offer free delivery on all orders over R650 anywhere in South Africa. For orders under R650, a standard delivery fee of R85 applies.

Delivery Times

Our courier partners deliver from Monday to Friday. They do not operate on weekends or public holidays.

Delivery Duration

Once your order has been processed and dispatched, delivery times are estimated as follows:

  • Gauteng: 1-2 working days
  • Main Centres: 2-3 working days
  • Regional Areas: 2-5 working days
  • Remote Areas: 5-7 working days

While we strive to meet these timelines, delivery times are approximate and may vary. However, rest assured that your order will be monitored until it reaches you safely. For updates, feel free to contact us.

Delivery Costs for Bulk or Heavy Items

Certain bulk or heavy items may carry a delivery surcharge. This charge depends on your location and will be calculated at checkout before you confirm your order.

Where We Deliver

We deliver to residential and business addresses throughout South Africa. However, we do not deliver to PO Boxes.

Receiving Your Order

Please ensure that you or an authorized representative is available to accept your order at the specified delivery address. Upon delivery, a signature is required as proof of receipt. If no one is available, our courier will attempt to contact you for a redelivery arrangement.

If multiple delivery attempts fail, an additional delivery fee may apply.

To arrange delivery on a specific date, please contact us before dispatch.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Before accepting delivery, inspect your package for any visible damage. If the package is damaged, do not accept delivery and notify us immediately.

If you receive the wrong item or a damaged product, please refuse delivery and we will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.
