The video intercom solution consists of two key parts, namely door stations (outdoor units) and indoor monitors, which combine to provide a high-resolution video feed of visitors at your entrance.The door station allows the visitor/guest to dial the unit/apartment/office, with the built-in camera providing the video feed. This will cause the indoor monitor to “ring” and display the video feed from the door station camera. Now you can talk to the visitor and remotely unlock the door (if the solution has been connected to a magnetic door lock or similar). The DNAKE video intercom solution is based on standard SIP, ensuring that it can interface with IP Phones (such as Yealink IP Phones) and IP PBX (such as 3CX) for a complete IP solution. The DNAKE 280M-S8 indoor monitor combines cost-effective with functionality. Offering a 7” touch screen display, the 280M-S8 indoor monitor does not compromise on video quality, while the Linux operating system provides interoperability with third-party software applications such as home automation.
